BACK TO SCHOOL ALERT! The summer is our busiest time. To beat the queues and avoid delays we strongly recommend parents/guardians to order next term's uniform before the middle of August. Summer opening times are as follows:
  • Monday - Friday 9.30-5.00
  • Saturdays 10.00 -5.00 (from 7th Aug – 30th Sept)
  • PLEASE NOTE: TICKET ENTRY SYSTEM OPERATES; LAST TICKET ISSUED AT 4.30
All items subject to availability - first come, first served. Sorry but we cannot reserve or put aside any item. You will need to come to the store and join the queue.

Otherwise please allow at least 7 working days for all phone and online orders and wait for us to notify you when the order is ready. Deliveries to schools will begin again during w/c 11th September so if you need something sooner either try your luck at our store or order online and wait for us to tell you when the order is ready for collection.There will be a separate collection point at our store for pre-paid, notified orders ONLY.

Ace offers a FREE delivery service to the school on Wednesdays during term-time. Alternatively you can collect from Ace's shop in Wembley. In either case parents will be notified when items are ready for collection. Price lists for Ace Clothing are available from the School Office.

Uxendon Manor Uniform Policy

All children are expected to wear school uniform. The school uniform is set out in the table below:
    Boys
  • Grey or black trousers
  • White polo shirt or white shirt
  • School sweatshirt (royal blue)
  • Black ‘sensible’ school shoes
  • Black/grey socks

    Spring/Summer Terms
  • Black or grey short trousers may be worn during the Summer Term

    Girls
  • Grey/black skirt, pinafore dress or trousers
  • White school polo shirt or white blouse
  • School sweatshirt (royal blue)
  • Black ‘sensible’ school shoes
  • Black, grey or white socks or tights

    Spring/Summer Terms
  • A blue and white summer dress may be worn during the Summer Term

    If a child wears the Hijab, then it should be in one of the following colours: blue, white or black. All hair bands/hairclips/hair accessories should also be in blue, white, black, yellow or grey. Children may change into trainers for the lunchtime break, however strong, sensible, low heeled black shoes are expected to be worn at all other times. Old shirts/overalls are encouraged to cover up children’s clothing during art/craft lessons.

    P.E. Kit
  • All the children should have a P.E. kit, this consists of royal blue shorts, a white tee shirt and plimsolls (trainers for outdoor sessions).
  • Children may wear royal blue or navy blue jogging bottoms for P.E. if they wish.
  • During cold weather children may wear a royal blue or navy blue sweatshirt.

    Indoor P.E. Kit
  • Black plimsolls
  • Plain white t-shirt or plain white polo shirt
  • Royal blue shorts

    Outdoor P.E. Kit
  • Trainers may be worn for outdoor P.E.
  • Plain white t-shirt or plain white polo shirt
  • Royal blue shorts
  • Royal blue tracksuit trousers and a royal blue sweatshirt are essential in the winter months

    Swimming Kit
  • Children should wear a swimming costume, swimshorts or a pair of trunks.
  • A swimming cap must be worn by children who have long hair.
  • Goggles are only permitted after a note of permission has been received from a parent. Pupils may wear more modest attire for swimming (leggings and a long sleeved tee shirt) if a note has been received by the parents.

    Jewellery & Personal Property
  • Jewellery such as rings, bracelets or necklaces should not be worn at school by children, unless it is for religious reasons.
  • Children with pierced ears may wear small, smooth studs. Earrings or religious items must be removed or taped down for all P.E. lessons.
  • Make up and nail polish should not be worn by children unless it is for performance purposes.
  • Money, jewellery, toys and other personal belongings should not be brought to school and it should be made clear to children that we cannot be held responsible for them being lost or stolen.
