BACK TO SCHOOL ALERT! Deliveries to schools are now finished; they will resume w/c 10th September. The summer is our busiest time. To beat the queues and avoid delays we strongly recommend parents to order next term's uniform before the middle of August. Summer opening times are as follows:
  • Monday - Friday 9.30-5.00
  • Saturdays 10.00 -5.00 (from 5th Aug – 30th Sept)
  • Ticket entry system at store - last ticket issued strictly at 4.30
All items subject to availability - first come, first served. Sorry but we cannot reserve or put aside any item. You will need to come to the store and join the queue.

Otherwise please allow at least 7 days for all phone and online orders and wait for us to notify you when the order is ready. There will be a separate collection point at our store for pre-paid, notified orders ONLY.

CARRIER BAG CHARGE - As part of doing our ‘bit’ to help cut plastic wastage please be aware that there is a charge of 10p for carrier bags. For online orders you will only be charged 10p (even if you use more than one bag); if you are buying in store then bags are still chargeable but of course you have the option to take items away in your own bag.

Shipping & Returns

We hold stock for all schools at our Wembley warehouse but any item ordered is always subject to availability. Please allow at least 7 working days for any order to be processed.

We have weekly deliveries to schools during term-time or you can collect goods from us (with free and easy parking on-site!) during normal working hours. We are open Mon-Fri from 9.30am-5.00pm and also on Saturdays (only in August/September) from 10am - 5.00pm.

If you would prefer to have goods sent by courier they are subject to a minimum charge of £8.99. In some instances we may call you for additional payment if the weight/size of the package is not covered by this rate. Note that courier orders are also subject to 7 working days for processing.

Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange an item it must be returned in original, unworn condition within 28 days, including all bagging and tags where applicable.

How to Return or Exchange Uniform


If you have items you wish to return or exchange you can do so through the school - you will need to leave the items at the reception with a note inside the bag advising us of your child's full name, the name of the school, your telephone number and instructions explaining what you wish us to do.

Upon receipt we will then act upon your instructions. Refunds will be made back to your card over the phone. Exchanges will be delivered back to the school the following week (subject to stock availability).

You can also return or exchange any item at our store. Either post it or bring it in within 28 days of receiving it. The product should be unused, in its original condition and have all necessary labels attached. A valid receipt should be provided. We will try to return all money within one week of return by post/ courier or on the same day if returned in store.


If you wish to send anything back to us by post please follow the simple instructions below to enable us to handle your return as quickly as possible:

1. Return the item along with the returns slip giving the reason for the return. If you do not have the original returns slip, please send us a note detailing the reason for the return your child's school, child's name and a contact telephone number so as to identify your order. If you wish to exchange an item please also state the required size or item you wish to exchange your item for.

2. Wrap the item securely and send it to the following address:

Please be aware that it is your responsibility to arrange the safe return of any item so if you are sending it back by post we recommend that you use a secure, trackable service.
